Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of AI SDR, operated by Get On A Pod (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using AI SDR, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent (“you”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

AI SDR connects to your EmailBison account to read replies to your campaigns, classify them, draft and, where you enable it, send responses and follow-ups, check your calendar availability and book meetings. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Accounts

You can create a workspace yourself or join one by invitation. You must give accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the people you invite to your workspace.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are the sender of every email AI SDR sends on your behalf. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and similar rules, and for having a lawful basis to contact your leads.
  • You will honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests. AI SDR is designed to stop contacting leads who opt out, but you remain responsible for compliance.
  • You will follow the terms of the services you connect, including EmailBison and Google.
  • You will review AI SDR’s settings and decide which replies it may send automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use AI SDR to:

  • send spam, phishing, or deceptive, harassing or unlawful messages;
  • infringe anyone’s rights or process data you have no right to process;
  • break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service; or
  • resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

5. AI-generated content

AI SDR uses AI models to classify replies and write drafts. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account, including ones you allow AI SDR to send automatically, and you should review its settings and output accordingly.

6. Your data

You own the data you and your connected services bring into AI SDR. You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure and support the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including data from Google APIs.

7. Third-party services

AI SDR works with services we do not control, such as EmailBison, Google Calendar, Cal.com, Stripe and AI model providers. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

8. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. Access to paid features requires an active subscription. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give you notice before changing prices.

9. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using AI SDR and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Our intellectual property

We own AI SDR, including its software, design and branding. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimers

AI SDR is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will produce any particular number of replies or meetings.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of AI SDR, the messages sent from your account, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will notify account owners before they take effect. If you keep using AI SDR after that, you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about AI SDR. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent.
