Wake up to booked meetings, not a full inbox.

AI SDR answers every reply your EmailBison campaigns earn while the person is still interested, chases the ones who go quiet, and puts the meeting in your calendar. You read every message before it goes out, for as long as you want to.

Built for EmailBison. Set up in under an hour. Nothing sends until you say so.

Three things that cost you meetings today.

The reply that waited

Warm goes cold in a day. The answer is written the moment they reply. Nobody has to get to the inbox first.

The second message nobody sent

Most replies never get a follow-up, and that is the message that wins the meeting. The whole chase is written up front and sent on schedule.

The booking link they never clicked

It offers times you are actually free, writes the invite, and puts the meeting in your calendar. A reschedule or a cancellation flows back the same way.

One reply, start to booked.

36 seconds. No sound, so it reads anywhere.

Live on your first client in under an hour.

Your sending stays exactly where it is. Same campaigns, same inboxes, same schedule. AI SDR picks up the moment somebody writes back.

  1. 1

    Connect three things

EmailBison, where your campaigns already run. Google Calendar or Cal.com, so it knows when you are free. Claude or OpenAI on your own key, which we never mark up.

  2. 2

    Tell it what you sell

Your offer, your proof, your limits, and the answer to every objection you have heard. It looks up the person and the company before it writes, and reads your past conversations to learn what has won meetings before.

  3. 3

    Read what it writes

Each draft waits for your send until you turn auto-send on, per client, with a daily cap you set and one switch that stops it.

It won’t embarrass you.

One bad automated email costs more than a month of good ones earns. So nothing goes out without you until you decide otherwise.

Auto-send is off on every account until you turn it on.

  • Anything sent unreviewed stays flagged. Until someone opens it, and no conversation gets more than a handful of chase-ups without a person looking.
  • Unsubscribes are honoured straight away. And checked again right before anything sends, in case one arrived while a message was waiting.
  • If it isn’t sure, it doesn’t act. A low-confidence read waits for a person instead of guessing.
  • A new reply changes the plan. Anything queued for that lead is held back and rewritten from the new message.
  • You cap how many go out a day. There is no unlimited option.
  • One switch stops everything. For an account, instantly, with the rest of your settings left alone.

Your stack always knows what just happened.

Every moment that matters in a conversation has its own webhook, and everything you can do in the product you can do from code.

Hand a conversation to your own automation

n8n, Make, Zapier or Pipedream get the whole thread. Your automation builds something for that person, an audit of their site or a report from your own numbers. The finished reply lands back in the thread as a draft, marked as your automation’s, for you to send.

A webhook for every moment

  • Somebody replied
  • The reply looks interested
  • A draft is waiting for you
  • The reply went out
  • A chase-up is scheduled
  • A chase-up was sent
  • A meeting got booked
  • An email bounced

A full API, and your booking links

Conversations, drafts, sends, bookings and leads are all readable and drivable from code, with keys you create and cancel yourself and docs written straight from the code. A meeting booked through your GoHighLevel or Cal.com link is matched to its conversation, and the chase stops.

What you get once you are in.

All of it matters by month two, once the conversations start stacking up.

Only the replies worth reading
Out-of-offices, auto-replies and warm-up mail are filed away. What is left is real people, sorted by what needs doing.
The whole conversation in one place
Every message in order, whoever wrote it, so nobody replies with half the story.
Old replies worth reopening
It goes back through the inbox and finds conversations dropped months ago that still deserve a message.
Times you can actually keep
It checks the real calendar the second before an email goes out, and again before anything that waited is sent.
Every meeting in one list
Whether it booked the meeting or you did, with what happened afterwards and what still needs marking.
Your team in one workspace
Owners and admins change settings, keys and the team. Members work the inbox and the meetings. Each client keeps its own brief, calendar and auto-send switch.
Stats that count what matters
Replies answered, meetings booked and what the AI cost, per client, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Short lessons inside the app
For the people doing the work, on the inbox, meetings, stats and settings.

One plan.

  • A notice on every page when a key or a connection fails

Before you ask.

The two questions that usually stop people, the one thing it cannot do, and what everyone asks on the first call.

Will they be able to tell it was written by AI?

It writes from your own saved context, in the voice of whoever sent the campaign, answering what they actually asked. It reads like your team wrote it because it is working from what your team wrote.

You do not have to take that on trust. You read every message before it goes out until you decide otherwise, so the real question is “would I have sent this?” If the answer is no, edit it first.

What if it gets something wrong?

It does not invent facts. Anything it has not been told, such as pricing, what you will commit to, or availability outside the connected calendar, comes back to you as a question.

Do I lose control of what gets sent?

Only if you choose to. Every account starts in the mode where AI SDR writes and you hit send. If you later turn on automatic sending, it is capped at a daily number you set, and one switch stops it instantly.

Does it send from my own inboxes?

Yes. Everything goes out through the same EmailBison mailboxes your campaigns already use, in the same thread the lead replied to. There is nothing new for the lead to notice.

What happens when somebody unsubscribes?

They are out straight away, across every conversation. It checks again right before anything sends, in case the opt-out arrived while a message was waiting. If it read an opt-out into a message that was not one, you can undo it with one click.

Who can see my clients’ conversations?

Everyone you invite to the workspace. Members read and reply. Only admins and the owner can change settings, create API keys or invite people.

Which AI models can I use?

Claude or OpenAI, on your own account and your own key. You pay your provider directly, and you can switch models or providers whenever you like.

We don’t use EmailBison. Can we still use this?

Not yet. AI SDR reads your campaigns, replies and sending mailboxes from EmailBison directly, and that is why it works as well as it does. If you send from another tool, this is the wrong product for you today, and we would rather say so now.

Point it at one client and see what it writes.

Create your workspace, connect EmailBison, your calendar and your AI key, and write your offer once. The first drafts are waiting for you the next time somebody replies.

  • Your workspace in a minute
  • Three connections and your offer, written once
  • Nothing sends on its own until you say so
